Trust gets built before the first WhatsApp message.
“They arrive asking only about the price, because the price was the only part they managed to understand.”

02 — Before
Patients came by referral or from social media. They'd see a few Instagram posts, send a WhatsApp asking about treatments and the receptionist would set up an evaluation. Only at the appointment did they find out how he works, the technology, the clinical cases and the planning.
- The conversation stayed anchored to price: many patients asked only what it cost, with no context for what they were buying.
- The whole value argument happened at the appointment, after the patient had already decided whether it was worth going.
- Opportunities lost with patients who ruled it out on price before understanding the offer.
03 — What was built
- The homepage as a tour of objections. The WhatsApp conversation that used to start by explaining from scratch what makes the practice different.
- Before/after cases. Having to imagine the result. Visual evidence replaces the promise.
- /sonrisa/ campaign landing page. The gap between what an ad promises and what the person who clicks finds. Proposition, offer, cases, process and the exit to WhatsApp on a single page.
- Link-in-bio hub. The middleman between Instagram and the site, and the lost trail of that traffic.
- Ebook sold online and sign-ups for the course. Depending on a single income stream from clinical work: it adds digital products and training.
04 — After
The changes are observed on the live site, not measured with analytics.
- The basic questions get answered before the appointment.
- The patient arrives at the evaluation understanding how the practice works.
- The site supports four different destinations —homepage, campaign, ebook and course— without them competing with each other.
Permission to publish figures hasn't been settled, so the case is told through observable changes rather than metrics.
The full case — every decision, what I ruled out and why, the whole stack — is written in Spanish.

You don't need to know the solution. The first conversation is about understanding what you repeat every day.
